QUESTION: Hi Eric,

My frig is freezing my food in the refrigerator part.  So far I have cleaned the coils, unplugged for more than 24 hours (In case of ice build up somewhere, although I have not seen that), and replaced the thermistor (temp sensor).  What would be reasonable next steps toward repair?

QUESTION: Thanks, Eric.  It is a Samsung, bottom freezer Model # RB195BSBB/XAA.  Any help is appreciated.

ANSWER: Your unit has two evaporators...one for the freezer and one for the refrigerator section.  How mechanical are you?  Do you have a voltage meter and know how to use it.  It is an electronic unit and is going to require testing and remove covers, panels etc...
