Major Appliances/water under fridge

Question
GE model TBX21TAY ARAA. has water under fridge occasionally. Is there supposed to be a pan to catch the condensate. didn't see any. where is the water supposed to go?  what could be clogged?

Answer
The water goes into the same pan normally as the compressor sits in.  Check back in this area to see if this is leaking.  Also, look under the crisper pans (Lower ones) and tell me if there is water under them.
