I see someone posted a question regarding the same issue, and you gave him the info for parts to get reordered, but I have some more questions since I need to get the part off first!  I know to take off the silver cover to view the back end of the screw, but what now?  Am I going to have to pull machine away from wall to get to the back?  Any kind of schematic you have access to for help would be greatly appreciated!!  I don't want to tear into it without some idea of which direction to go, thanks in advance!!
