my wife and 7 year daughter got bad burnt by over exposure to our mediterranean sun when the UV index was 11+....can you recommend something I can do to alleviate their pain and discomfort pls.

Answer First I would recommend drinking lots of water. If there's pain involve, a pain relief medicine will be very helpful. Advise them not to peel their skin while it's in peeling process. Use Aloe Vera on the burnt area(s)... if you'd like more than just Aloe, I'd recommend purchasing Dr. Brandt Laser Relief.
