Makeup & Skincare - Facial Scabs

Question
Hello:

I am a African-American male.  I got Microdermabrasion session the other day.  The day of the procedure, my face looked pretty good.  She did a good job in removing all dead skin and makeing my skin look smooth.  Afterwards, she gave me a regimine to follow.  She put me on the Clenziderm Normal to Oily Skin system.  After two days of using it, my face started to severly burn after applying the salicylic acid part of the system. Now my face looks terrible because of all the scabs that are caked onto my face.  What do you recommend?  Letting them stay on my face until they fall off? Some of the scabs has fallen off and the skin underneath looks pretty good.  I am not working right now, but I cannot go on job interviews looking like this and it is kind of embarrassing.

Answer
you have to let nature take its course and let scabs fall off.

take a look at this safe microdermabrasion set. men and women can use this as often as every 2 days:
