Makeup & Skincare - Skin tone occurances

Question
How common is neutral skin tone? If you were looking at the world population do you have any idea of the percentages of warm, cool, and neutral skin tones? Do you have any beauty school resources for this data?

Answer
Neutral skin tone accounts for about 2% of the population.  Everyone else is either warm or cool.  All I have for resources are the papers and information I got when I took my training for make-up and custom blend foundations.  MY best suggestion would be to do a search on line for resources.  Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Good luck!
