I have oily eyelids and my upper lid eyeliner just cannot last me the even half a day without smudging onto my lower eye area =(
Is there any solution to this? Ive tried putting on foundation before applying eyeliner but doesnt work.

Answer Try applying eyeshadow that's the same shade on top to help set the eyeliner. If this doesn't work then try finding the mixing medium that pro makeup artists use to turn eye shadow into eyeliner. That sets really well and holds all day.
