Answer
Hello Karthika,

When you ask what you should do to improve your skin color, I assume that you don't have any specific pigmentation issue, but you just want to bring more light and radiance to your complexion.
Directly or indirectly, all vitamins have an effect on your skin, so I wouldn't point out one single vitamin to improve your skin color as you need all of them, plus minerals, plus essential fatty acids like omega-3 and omega-6.
It looks like you have a mild intolerance to wheat, so you should stay away from it as much as you can and have it treated by a naturopathic or conventional doctor. If you are a vegetarian, you may lack Vitamin B12, iron, zinc, Vitamin D and EFAs.

To answer your question about diet, here is what I would recommend: drink 2 glasses of freshly squeezed lemon juice (one or two lemons per glass) a day. You may also use lemon juice externally as a lotion twice a week to brighten the tone of your skin.
Besides that, I would strongly advise you to do juicing with fruits and vegetables from your area and eat as much fresh greens and fruits as possible. Limit your alcohol, sweets and refined food consumption. If you smoke, please be aware that it's a killer for skin health and beauty.

I'm sorry i don't have a specific table of the foods known to improve skin tone, especially because you live in a country which I don't know anything about local fruits and vegetables. The truth is that they all do and if one particular vegetable or fruit is not known yet to help with the beauty of your skin, it's only because scientists have not discovered its wonderful qualities yet. So go to your local farmers market and get as many different vegetables and fruits as you can and have fun preparing food for yourself, knowing that it's going to make you healthier and therefore more beautiful.

Please let me know if you need any further detail.
