Question Hello,
I was wondering if you could recommend any good programs/software (Hopefully downloadable on the Internet) for filmmaking. I want to be able to make short films with scenes taken from different episodes from a TV-show. Thank you in advance!
Answer Hi Sara. It sounds like you want to make a montage from a specific tv show. That can be fun, creative work. Unfortunately TV shows get very weird about allowing their own fans to do anything creative with their intellectual property.
If I share my ideas on how to do this I probably am violating some ethical standard. However, if you first edit your own ideas it will probably teach you a way to do what you want to do, plus you get to exercise your own creativity, and that's probably a good thing.
