Question What is the work flow from exposed stock to married print using analog equipment? What r the advantage & disadvantage of the system
Answer Hi Vijay,
The project you're working on sounds really hands-on. I'm not as familiar with exposed stock, but I have worked with 16 mm film in school before. We sent our film to a print house in New York -- I think it was Kodak. They developed our film and sent it back to us on reels. We spliced and edited the reels on Steinbeck machines. We then projected our work and transferred it to mini-DV for instant playback. Is this the process you are referring to?
Brittanie
