Making Films & Videos - music for movie

Question
I am searching for Tchaikovsky's "Waltz From Serenade for Strings" and J.S. Bach's "Cantata No. 161: Komm, Du Suesse Todestunde" for a short film.

I am prepared to pay for royalty free music, but would rather find something in the public domain. Any ideas how I can get these compositions?

Answer
Hi Jim.  Besides trying Google, and http://www.pdinfo.com/list.htm, lets let anyone else who reads this topic question help come up with a great follow up answer.

As is stated at http://www.pdinfo.com/list.htm, I also believe that the United States has done a poor job of requiring all those who own music rights to make the licensing information available in an easy fashion for others who may want to obtain rights.  One must obtain both the publishing rights and the performance rights and perhaps other releases as well, and then pay a fee to at least two different entities.  Oh, and neither will accept less than the other.

I wish somebody would file a lawsuit that any song that does not have an "easy to find" licensing process automatically becomes public domain.  That would put a well deserved charge into the music industry and their higher than thou approach to their music libraries that many might simply want to legally access but don't have the time to go on mind numbing searches as they try to do the right and legal thing.
