About Ron Egerton
Expertise
I can tell you a great deal about air travel, coach travel and train travel througout Malaysia and Thailand Also tourist destinations, hotels and shopping. Also about the people.

Experience
I have been travelling to Malaysia for almost ten years, and living in Malaysia full time, married to a Malaysian, for the past four years.
I have travelled extensivly throughout the country also.
I do not know whether you need a separate form filled in, but I have also travelled extensively through Thailand and as I mentioned above, I am an Australian, having lived in Queensland for my earlier life and travelled the length and breadth of that stae.
I am now semi retired and have the time, and the inclination to help people out.
Thank you,
Ron Egerton

Question
HELLO MR> RON EGERTON, i have flight on 11th July to BANGKOK and i am really very keen to travel by road to Malaysia, i have multiple Visa. Please advise me if i want to start my journey from BANGKOK to MALAYSIA, i will stay at THAILAND at the time of returning from MAlAYSIA. I dont know how to get BUS or TRAIn which can leave me at malasian city.. Please also advise at BANGKOK which places are worth to seen, culture and shipping...i wilbe obliged.

Answer
Firstly there is the international express which runs from Bangkok Central station to Kuala Lumpur> It is a long trip, interesting, but two nights. You change trains at Butterworth.
Get nothing else bar fisrt class sleeper on the Thai train. But you cannot book online.
KTMB is the Malaysian train and you can book online.
Depending how much time you have there is some very good, but you want VIP, 3 seats across bus. They ruin over all of Thailand and right to Kuala Lumpur.
Easy to break your journey with the bus. Like Bangkok Hua Hin- Songkla,  Sungai Goloc, kota barau Kl.
Then come back via Butterworth on to Sogkla and acros to Khaoloc and Ranong and up the middle.
As for Bangkok plenty to see but can be hard to get around. Just make sure you have a boat ride along the river.
Bus Station you would want in Bangkok is the Southern Bus Station
Good travelling.
Ron
