Question Is it legal for me to download Malcolm in the middle episodes? I've downloaded animes before that have been shown on television, so I don't see why I can't download these.
I've been reading the questions made by others about downloading the episodes, and it says that you cannot download a television program legally. But when I visited websites like YouTube, Veoh, and Stormberry Tv, they all have Malcolm in the middle episodes, only in French, Spanish, German, etc.

Legality is a complicated question. It depends where you live and what a judge might say in court....
But basically it is illegal as far as FOX (who owns the show) see it. However their are lots of arguments against. And just cause you do it, doesn't mean you get caught...
Youtube and other site like it have loads of content that some would call illegal. But its impossible to stop. Recently FOX took down a load of Malcolm episodes from youtube, but didn't touch the foreign dubbed episodes, who know why they just didnt. If you looked 2 months ago you would have seen all the episodes on youtube. The only reason they are harder to find now is because FOX decided to take a bunch down, which they can do anytime they bother.
