Answer Stephanie, this is one of the most debatable questions about the show. This and where they live are two of the most asked and least answered questions there are.
Officially, they don't have a last name. They've only said it once, in the Pilot episode, and that scene never aired.
The only way you could figure out it's Wilkerson is if you watch the extended pilot or the history of how the show got started, both found in the first season DVD.
Don't forget the new season starts November 7 in the US with the premiere episode Reese Comes Home (3). We finally discover what's become of Reese in Afghanistan.
