Question Is masturbation harmful? I keep seeing these notes of lower back pain and fatigue. I am a healthy 14 year old who masturbates about once or twice a day. Help!
Answer The back pain is merely a coincidence masturbation doesn't cause that and it is not harmful. It doesn't hurt to tone it down to once a day you don't have to but you won't feel as tired.
