Hi Michelle,
How are you?
I am going to Malta for 4 weeks to study english. I would like to know about the cost of normal food (sandwich for lunch or what kind of foods are cheap in malta). I also would like to know about student job (if you know about it)Do you have any idea about student life over there? If you know something then I would really like to hear from you.

in Malta you can have quite a cheap snack. with a Lm1 or Eur2.5 you can easily grab a sandwich and a drink or stuff from the local 'Pastizzerias' which are on every corner of the island. Student jobs in winter might not be that common but lately i've been seeing a lot of students do waitressing jobs temporarily. you'd have to ask around when you're here though. i think student life is quite good here. in summer we're overloaded with english students and there is quite a good night life in the region of sliema and st julians. i'm sure you'll enjoy it.
