2 of us will be visiting malta for 2 weeks in october 2007, we are staying at white dolphin in qwara.
I want to make sure I have enough money!!
We ahve a car booked and would like to take a trip to gozo, blue grotto, hagar qim, and many of the towns to shop!
Also we sould like to eat out everynight - and grab a snack at lunch time. can you tell me how much a average meal for 2 costs (e.g pizza, burger and chips, steak etc...)
we will be taking with around 700 lira, do you think this will be enough to do all the things we want????

Lm700 should be enuogh for 2 weeks with what you want to do. the cost of an average meal(pasta pizza burger )and a soft drink would be LM4 / Eur10 per person. A steak and such dishes will cost more say Lm10/Eur23 per person. That is without wine and trimmings. In qawra there are a lot of restaurants that are quite cheap. Having said that money pours out when you're on holiday so I would feel more comfortable having a credit card as back up!
