the cost of an average 2 bedroomed apartment in a popular area of malta, ie where the foreigners usually choose to be is between eur350 to eur500. you will find cheaper in less popular areas and lower standard properties.
i have no idea how to get you in a club. how old are you to begin with? i have a colleague who is a coach for a local club i can ask him and get back to you.
