Question I have a beautiful maltese boy named Tiko. He has been our only pet for the last 2 years. He 2 years old. i just recently bought a shitzu male puppy who is 3 months old and my Maltese is very jealous. He won't have anything to do with Toby and if we try to play with Toby Tiko gets mad and walks away with his head down. I have been making sure I have been giving both dogs the same attention. but I can not seem to get Tiko to accept Toby....WHAT DO I DO? Please don't tell me I have to get rid of Toby....my family is in love with both dogs!

The main way to get them used to each other is to get into a routine with walking that is when dogs bond as they are like a pack when on a walk.
also try to do most things equally with both dogs ie treats foods etc.
