About Prof R S S Mani :
Prof. R S S Mani has been active as a HRD specialist & Mentor in the areas of Education Management, Organizational Behavior and Career Guidance for over 18 years. He is currently involved in advising several blue-chip companies and business schools in Mumbai & other metros. He continues to contribute actively in Human Resource Development of the present & the future generation professionals. He has done his Masters in PM&IR from the prestigious TATA Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and has been a gold medalist.
He is a HRD & Management Strategy expert, associated in value added interventions to many reputed companies in the domains of HRM, Institution Building & Edifying, T&D, Corporate Strategies, OB, OD, and allied faculties. He has been associated in training & consultancy activities with a large no. of corporate entities across the globe from various fields viz. Engineering, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, PSUs, IT & Software, FMCG & the Services sector in their HR related turnkey projects. At present he & his team of committed professionals under the banner of R S S Mani & Associates are actively involved in delivering high quality value added HR services to various organizations viz. Wockhardt, L&T, M&M, ICICI, TATA group of companies, Hexaware Technologies, RIL, IPCL, REL, amongst many others. He is also an advisor for various leading management & career planning portals.
Prof. Mani has been an active member of the National HRD network, Bombay Management Association, Indian Society for Training & Development, Dr. P N SINGH CENTRE FOR HRD Leaders of tomorrow project, for whom he has been regularly organizing conferences and HR conventions all over India.
He was also a former faculty member of TATA Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) associated with the personnel management department from 1989 1994 & was in-charge of organizing /conducting training programmes for many organizations throughout India. He has been regularly contributing intellectual inputs for various news papers like the Economic Times, The Times of India, The Hindu, and Indian Express and Financial Express.

I am a 12th grade student doing ISC Commerce stream. I want to make a good career in H.R. I wanted to know as to ehat would be the most reputed college in India for BA Psychology?

Some of the best colleges for BA -Psychology would be XAVIERS-MUMBAI ,RUIA -MUMBAI ..I am not aware where u are located ..
MBA HR is a sensible career option .
Besides psychology , YOU MUST try to acquire maximum inputs in the feilds of economics,sociology,maths ,political science and such .Further u should develop ur skills in public speaking ,written and spoken english and also computer skills.It is most critical to increase ur general awareness of current events,business trends & Practises via reading and use of world wide web .
