Question Hi,
I would like to become a HR Consultant. I am looking for a course which would enable me to independently undertake diagnostic work / survey research (for eg. Employee satisfaction survey etc - right from the stage of understanding the issue at hand, initial sensing up to presentation of the analysis and report). Would be great if could suggest a couple of organisation/institutes from India.
Thanks and regards,
Chitra
Answer CHITRA,

YOU CAN BECOME A HR CONSULTANT.
MY SUGGESTION,
OPTION 1
-grab any HR job in any corporatation
-gain 2 years experience
-try to use the time to practice some of your concepts
in addition to your other assignments.
-seek a change of job
-this time in a consultancy .
THIS COULD BE WITH
-a consultancy specialized in HR
-MAJOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LIKE

*PRICEWATERHOUSE
*ACCENTURE.
OPTION 2
-SEEK A TRAINEE POSITION
WITH MAJOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LIKE
