Management Consulting/Managerial communication

"Ineffective communication is the fault of the sender". do u agree or disagree?- Discuss the above statement in detail in a corporate set up.

This is far too complex of a question to answer in such a limited space, but I suggest that you research the communication process.  At a very high-level, it explains that the process of communication is made up of four key components. Those components include encoding, medium of transmission, decoding, and feedback. There are also two other factors in the process, and those two factors are present in the form of the sender and the receiver. The communication process begins with the sender and ends with the receiver. With that being said, ineffective communication is widely held to be a function of both the sender and the receiver.
