Question
Please help me fnd ananswer for following:

Q1. What is the importance of business policy and its classification. Explain and give an example.
Q2. Discuss in brief, the factors that have affected the growth of Entrepreneurship in India.
Q3. “If creativity is the seed that inspires Entrepreneurship, Innovation is the process of Entrepreneurship”.  Critically analyse the above statements.

Answer
Hi Raj,
sorry for the delay. Here my thoughts:

Q1: Business Policy means to me: the guidelines, rules and direction of daily operation in a company. This can include e.g. Business Conduct Guidelines, Faire Trade, Ecological, ... not sure what the classification is in this context, but it could mean: internal & external / white paper (public) & red paper (confidential/restricted). The importance of both of course, lies in the consistent approach internally and externally. Meaning, the company and its employees have clear rules and act consistent to their guidelines. All of this normally supports the companies strategy, vision and objectives/targets.
Q2: sorry, I'm not aware of the Indian market.
Q3: I can only share my personal view: entrepreneurship means to me that you act with personal dedication and believe in the goals to be achieved, no matter if you're just an employee or an employer. So I agree creativity is part of it but more important are personal dedication and personal accountability. This both are continuous and long term aspects vs. creativity which is more short term or once. Innovation can be seen as process. I would rather see it as an objective. Hence, in order to succeed and stay ahead of your competition.

hope it helps you.

regards E.
