Suppose a company CEO appears to be an ineffective performer because he or she bullies and sexually harasses employees. Who should deal with this problem, and what approach should be taken?
Answer Thanks for your question. There is probably nothing you can do about the bullying, but the sexual harassment is actionable. Follow any company policy, if any, on complaining about sexual harassment, and, if it continues file a formal complaint with the appropriate regulatory agency or Department of Labor. The harassment may also be criminal. You should check with you local law enforcement people on that.
