Do you feel that the small private business Owner after 9 years Should approach Multinational corporation (MNC) for acquisition Business deal where the Multinational corporation (MNC) will acquire the co when the small business owner is not able to get more business ?.

If you want to be done with the business, selling it makes sense. Any potential buyer, including a multinational, would as a matter of routine do "due diligence" to get a good sense of the company's situation, and if they determine that the company is struggling or worse, they may reduce the amount of an offer accordingly, or pass on the opportunity.
