Hi! Thanks for writing. Time management is the use of our time most effectively. Everyone has 24 hours in a day, but some people accomplish more than others. Effective workers manage their time by prioritizing their activities: A-vital, most important. All these are usually accomplished. B-important. Most are attempted. C-some value. These can be done if enough time is available, but are usually procrastinated. D-waste. Not done. Remember urgent can mean A, B, C, or D, not just A. A may not be urgent, but is very important.
