Who is Barry dating currently as of May 2008? And, how does he spend his "free" time when he is not working? Does he ever read messages from his fans on the Internet?

Hello, Joan!
Thank you for contacting me through All Experts and your questions. As for your first question regarding who Barry is currently dating, please let me preface this by saying he is enigmatic about his personal life by his own admission. Therefore, Barry has not acknowledged having a significant other at this time. He has also mentioned in more recent interviews that he lives alone in Palm Springs with his two Labrador Retrievers. Furthermore, he stated in an article/interview for USA Today in December 2007 that no one gets into his personal life unless he invites you in. This is a perfect example of how he is engimatic about his personal life.
As for your second question regarding how he spends his free time, the information I have is that he is out and about in the Palm Springs area frequently, and enjoys shopping and going to his favorite restaurants and/or having dinner with friends. He also has a home in Malibu, and he has been photographed shopping and/or having dinner with a friend(s) (such as Suzanne Somers and her husband, Alan Hamel). I also know that Barry hangs out with his band and singers, and they sometimes go to dinner or go to another show in Vegas as a group).
