If you can get a hold of Barry, I just wish I could tell him how much i respect him for being such a good example to people. To be in the business that he is in, and still set the example that he has set...WOW!!!!!!...I DON'T BELIEVE THAT I COULD HAVE DONE THAT MYSELF, in fact, I'm 56 years old now and I know that I couldn't have set the kind of example that he has set when I was young!!!!!! If I were God, I would give him all the success that I could give him.
Continued great success for Barry Manilow!!! i would be so proud to meet him some day, and I dont' give a damn what his personal life is like.

First of all, thank you so much for contacting me through All Experts. I also want to thank you for sharing your thoughts with me. I could not agree with you more. Of course, we aren't famous, but it certainly can't be easy to be famous. You are so right that Barry has set such a wonderful example, and has always tried to present himself with dignity and integrity. This is exactly why I am so thrilled there is a new generation of young people discovering Barry's music and talent. This is wonderful because young people today need positive role models. I can also tell you that I have the utmost love, respect and admiration for Barry as a human being and as a musician. In fact, after having met Barry my love and respect for him as a person and as a musician has only grown with time. In conclusion, perhaps the reason Barry has the largest fan club in the world is because his millions of friends around the world have so much love, respect and admiration for him as a person and as a musician. If and when you have the opportunity to meet Barry, I sincerely hope your experience is as positive and wonderful as mine. As for your comment that if you were God you would give Barry all the success you could give him this is what I believe. Barry has been blessed with God-given musical talent, and much success to go along with it. That being the case, I see no reason why Barry will not continue to share his music and passion with the world for many years to come, and we are all blessed that he shares it with us.
