Hi, Is there any official report about Barry's hip surgery? Any word to fans that he is doing well if he had surgery? Will there be?

Hello, Elaine!

Thank you for contacting me through All Experts. As for your inquiry regarding Barry's hip surgery, I know that that the surgery is this week, but no official report has been released at this time. Hopefully, Barry's management will issue a report or at least a Hotline message saying that Barry has had the surgery, and he is doing well and at home recuperating. He has shows scheduled at the Hilton in Vegas at the end of November leaving barely four weeks to weeks to recover before those shows. I am concerned about that, and you can be assured Barry is definitely in my thoughts and prayers. I know all of his fans are hoping everything goes well with the hip surgery and his recovery. Also, if there is an official report regarding Barry's hip surgery, I will update my response to this question.
