Answer Hi Lyn Mills, No. Barry has never had throat cancer. I think maybe your thinking of Barry"s mother Edna who passed away too soon from lung cancer back in 1996. Barry"s mother was such a lovely person. I know this to be true because I was lucky enoughto have met her several times over the years. Well, I do hope my answer is some help to you.
