Question
Hi, I am have started my journey on researching how to start an hair care product line. Hopefully if successful I would like to start an distribution company receiving products from china. But for now I am needing to know when searching for a manufacturing company to help in the development of a product line.
How do you find the best company for your business?
What should I watch out for?
What type of questions to ask.
What do you think is better contract manufacturing or private labeling?

Thanks so much,
Shana

Answer
Hi Shana.  The success or failure of your new venture will depend entitely on the suppliers your work with in China.  China can provide you with prices on products that will give you a great profit margin but if you do not spend the time, money and resources to correctly source your products you stand a good chance at losing money.

This type of work is exactly what I do for a living and would be happy to provide you with further advice offline.
