I need to produce a chart/graph in which i can include the following; Standard Work Values, Takt Time, Operators, Customer Demand etc. so i can produced a balanced workload.  Is there a standard layout for this type of visual display? I am struggling to lay the chart out with all of the information included?  Thanks

Go to the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS)website, and search their site.  Also you can try Association for Manaufacturing Excellence (AME), or Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME)
