Question
Dear Sir
I work in a salad factory.
Insects such as worm remain on the fresh-cut lettuce. What ways or instruments  are for detection worm or other insects  on the fresh-cut lettuce or in the salad packages?
Please tell me about  any intelligent system in salad line factory for this problem.

Answer
If the colors of the insect remains and the lettuce are different, you can use a high-resolution camera and software to sort out the bits.  A better solution would to identify the insects before the lettuce is cut.  The further upstream you catch the defects the less costly the solution.
