Answer I do not know where you live and your educational background. Prominent Universities and Institutions like IIT, IISc, CSIR etc in India all now have full time depts to interact with industries and entepreneurs and to guide them in their projects. Pl get in touch and tell them of your proposal. There are many free-lance consultants also and you can put in an Ad to get their help.
