Over several years of process of elimination I have created and perfected the best Carolina Style BBQ sandwich that all who have tried it, agree.  I have had very hard critics to please too. So, how do I:

1. Find out the calories w/all the ingredients

2.  How to Food Patented it, so it becomes my Property &
    No one can Copy it

3. How to be positive there is a market for it (testing?)

4. How to and whom to approach,  leading food
