Question I am trying to sell property great price income producing in New Orleans. I have tried the MLS, some real estate websites, owner financing websites and signs on the building. I need other cost effective ideas. Thanks

Have you built a personalized web site for the property? Possibly market it on chamber of commerce web sites. Market it on the city of New Orleans tourism web site, since I don't know what the building could be used for what about contacting company's that could use the building as part of their business. Like a well known store chain, a local business looking to expand, possibly a co-op where different tenants could lease space to drive income until the selling market shifts. Partner with the top realtors in your area and boost the commission for a sale, provide financing what ever you can do to get the realtors to send out info to their list of customers. Contact local not for profits they have vast financial resources and maybe interested in purchasing. Use twitter to link to a video presentation for the property also put on utube with a link to the personal web site you set up. Contact your local town officials on the business development commission they are always speaking to people considering a business in an area. start a blog about benefits of a business in New Orleans etc. I hope this has been of help.
