Question Why is an advertising manager needed if a company uses an outside agency?
Answer Hi!
As an agency owner myself it's important to understand that managers role, I personally rely on the manager as the point person for the company. This manager is the person an agency relys on for the necessary copy, production ideas, corroborating and final approvals of all materials created for the marketing project. The biggest problem a company has with marketing is having someone who can supply information when needed. Without a marketing manager the simplest projects will be delayed and not give the anticipated results.
