I think that I probably can help you, but I'll need a little bit more detail on your intent. Are you looking to distribute a product through these retailers, are you looking to compete with them in some way, are you wanting to know the breadth of products that they stock? If you can give me a little bit more detail I'll do some searching for you and will probably be able to help you out on question #1.
The second one is a bit more difficult - what specific agricultural areas are you interested in? That's a very broad subject and I doubt that there are many, if any, organizations that try to span the gamete of all agricultural products and processes (distribution channels, pricing, forecasts...). Again, if you can give me some details I'll try to help out.

QUESTION: 1. I allready have a basic listing of worlwide supermarket chains. I wanted to know of a publication that probably had a greater breath of info that focused on that sector with an international focus expecting that a publication or cd would have readily accessible better quality more detailed information. I intend to contract production of organic perishables targetting the largest chains.
2. USDA AMS publishes market prices just about everyday for all major US perishable terminal markets & commodities.
