Question
I'm not sure if your the right person to ask for this but your specialties seem to be closest to the area I'm looking for. I've searched google for answers for these questions and haven't been successful. If you are unable to find the answers I'd appreciate if you could forward me to someone/somewhere that could.

Here are the questions:

Trying to find:
1.   How much business is conducted over TFN’s
•   Trends: Then vs. Now
2.   % closed by phone VS % closed through forms
3.   Businesses using Toll free number’s
5.      How much business is done over the phone.
4.   How many Companies Track Their Advertising Spending and which types do/don't.
5.   % calls that are recorded
6. Number of short calls using TFN's. How much by back completed (I don't really understand the last question I'm just quoting it as it was told over to me).

If you need any further clarification please ask.

Thanks so much for your help,
Avi

Answer
All due respect, you have a problem - there are no ready sources to answer your very specific questions.  Having been responsible for many years for finding the answers for difficult questions (e.g., "find me a manufacturer of single engine aircraft in one of these five states who has been in business since 1944"), I can tell you that I doubt the information you're seeking exists.  Perhaps with several hours of telephone inquiries you might have some luck, but your questions are so very specific that I think you have, as they say, a tough row to hoe.

Good luck.
