Dear Sir my queation is

                  "The significance of statistical tools in business report"

Answer
I need more information -- this covers a very wide range of issues.  Statistical tools offer a way of making sense of information.  It can summarize findings from a large data set, or provide a way of 'predicting' responses - it all depends on the tool.
