Dear Kemper,
My research obj is to find out the training program each major org is implementing to improve the employees. What are the possible problem I will face?
wholly mooly;
each major company in the US [alone] has hundreds of different training programs DEPENDING ON what the employee needs to learn.
if there are 25 job categories in a mid sized company, a
large one can have 1,000 dif job categories. THAT makes
1,000 dif training programs.
what were/are you seeking specifically?
