Question
Hello,
I have an idea for a small bussiness. I plan to offer internet services which are currently not available in my country. Unfortunately I don't have the first idea about a way to figure out if my investments will be returned. I am aware that there is no way to know this with 100% certainty but I just want to know if there is some chance. I'd be really greatful if you can help me find a way to know if my services would be sought.
Thank you

Answer
I BET IT is one of the stan's,
like Uzbekistan, etc.  Correct?

I am sure outside service providers are providing service
to every nation, legally or otherwise.

your idea to offer inside ISP service is commendable and
easy to determine if it is feasible.

You need to do a biz plan for yourself and within that
you will create a PROFORMA and within that, you will experiment with numbers and determine things like

cost of equipment [ideally leased and used]

[free biz plans--bplans.com and the
US small biz admin web site]

and cost of phone lines, esp what we call in the US
T one [T1]

have you studied business in college?  I will tutor you.
