AboutJamey D. Olsen Expertise I can answer a wide range of questions - the pros and cons of many different arts, what works and what doesn’t, the differences between styles, as well as the history of styles or origins. I can advise on proper technique, how to apply techniques, or answer "How would you defend this?" type questions. I also have an extensive library of books and videos, so if you ask me about something I haven’t trained, I have the resources to track down an answer for you. I am also involved in the growing sport of MMA (mixed martial arts).

Expert: Jamey D. Olsen Date: 5/7/2008 Subject: Kicking Martial arts
Question I was wondering if there was a style that focuses primarily on kicking because I can't use my arms for much other than daily things. I have been wanting to learn a martial arts for quite some time but sadly my arms were rendered pretty much useless in an accident so I was curious about a style that might be mainly kicking. Thanks for reading
Answer Drake,
Tae Kwon Do or Capporia would be a good one as well.
If I had to choose I would pick the Capporia, but those schools are hard to find. TKD schools are everywhere.
Those are the only two I can think of off hand, I hope it helps.
Good Luck,
