Question
I'm 18 years old and i'm interested in martial arts. But i can't choose betwen wudang wushu and tae kwon do.Which style should i choose?

Answer
Vladimir,
It all depends on which style you think would give you more of what you're looking for from martial arts.
As you probably already know Tae Kwon Do is sometimes taught more as an Olympic sport martial art than a self-defence system.
Some say the same about Wu Shu, that it is more about acrobatic performance than realistic martial art training.
If that's okay with you then you could go either way.
With Wu Shu I think you'd end up learning a lot more because usually the teachings cover a variety of different systems and there is empty-hands training as well as weaponry.
Tae Kwon Do however doesn't have any weapons training.
If you've had a chance to check them both out then make your decision on which you think would give you more in the long run.
That's the best I can do while remaining somewhat neutral!
Best regards,
Dwight Woods
