Question sir i have interest in martial arts from a very young age but never got the permission from my parents to learn it.my height is 5'4".since my height is small i really want to know which form of martial art would be best for me.i also have very swift hand movement.so please sir let me know which form would be best for me.
Answer Dear Abhra,
If you treat MA as a way of life, there is no need to compare with others on strength, win or loose.
If you think MA as a tool to fight against someone who is stronger, and bigger in size, you should focus on STRENGTH, and TECHNIQUE.
One of the MA I am familiar with is WING CHUN, or Bruce Lee JKD.
You may try as a start.
