Martial Arts - Is Chi real ??

Question
Hello.
I just want to ask if there really is an internal power in us called chi that if controlled correctly can make us perform nearly super human feats. Some personal experience, documentary, videos or testings that prove/ disprove the existence of chi would be great.

Answer
Dear Gabriel,
First, the definition of CHI should be clear.
In my understanding, Chi is NOT energy. CHI relates to some sort of feeling, sensation either via physical or mental organs/function of our body.
Those things that give sensation, feeling can be via touch, heat, pressure, movement, weight, etc

Those supernatural human power demonstrated is very exceptional state of CHI that is exercised between human.
In martial art, I refer CHI to expressions, feeling. That can be played and shown.

I came across a few times that people got stroke by me at a distance. But I have no intention of using super CHI at all.

Be practical, and do exercise as expression.
Thanks for asking.

Regards,
Peter Ziboce
