Question Please, could you tell me about the origin of kobudo?
Answer Good Morning Dan,
Kobudo is a martial art involving the use of implements (typically old farming implements) as weapons. The Okinawan martial artists developed a number of weapons after their King Shoshin outlawed bladed weapons in the 1400s.
