Awards and Honors I received a Customer Satisfaction Award from the hotel I worked at for being personally recognized by patrons for preparing outstanding meals.
Question I have been looking for a good cooking software program, but I don't know which one is the best. I want to be able to add my own recipes, organize and have the option to do recipe quantity re-sizing, etc. I thought "The Best Of Mastercook" was interesting, but can't locate it. Betty Crocker, and Joy of Cooking look good as well, but can they do all I want to use them for? Or are they just cookbooks on CD? Can you point me in the right direction or suggest one?
Answer Hey Pamela! "The Best Of Mastercook" probably would suit you fine, but unfortunately, it has been discontinued. Why they discontinued the top-selling cooking software of all time is beyond me, but I suspect maybe they're about to unveil a new version of Mastercook. If you don't want to play the waiting game to see if they release a new Mastercook, I found one other product that sounds like it might suit your needs. It's called "Cook'NDeluxe 6.0". I viewed it at Amazon.com. Here's the web address for the page I viewed it on if you want to check it out:
