Hello Joanne,~
Try mo mag hot compress sa part na may lamig. Puwede mong gawin sa bahay ito. This can be done through a hot towel na plinantsa. (Iron the towels or bimpo.) Yung kaya mo lang ang init pero dapat mas mainit kaysa sa normal. Everyday ito for one week 15 minutes a day tapos after 5 days mag pa massage ka. Continue this hot compress treatment until naka one week ka.

Puwede mo rin i-try ang hot stone massage it might help. Huwag muna sa ventosa.

Depende sa muscles sometimes it will take monehts and even years para mawala yan. But it helps to know na hindi dapat mag shower ng cold after a massage.

Hope this helps.
