Thats bs because I've been working on posture for years and I stretch for 15 minutes everyday and do yoga and go to a chiropractor and I still have serious knots that affect my life and give me headaches. And I'm barely 18. Plus I do workouts for my middle back to strengthen that to keep tension off my shoulders. The only the thing I haven't tried is massage.

Several years ago I visited a chiropractor that used manipulations on my back. He also had a massage therapist on staff who worked on my back and kneaded those knots on my back to the point that it was painful.  My back got better and I give full credit to the therapist who worked hard at breaking up all those knots on my back.

Never use heat first!! It only inflames the muscles more! Always Ice down (cool pack in a pillowcase to avoid ice burn)then use heat !!

Expertise

My unexpected specialty has been correction of disorders caused by working conditions. Who knew that office work could hurt so much and be so damaging? Your back and neck pain is correctable, let's talk about it. I also specialize in post-operative rehabilitation and if I don't know the answer I can at least point you in the right direction. I've been working on pre-medical studies on my way to becoming a doctor and would be happy to take questions about anatomy, physiology and all of that fun stuff too.
